9.30  Yoga with Jane at El Aguilon

 

11.00  Everyone gathers in the kitchen for a welcome cup of Chai Spicy Indian tea with Ginger and  Cardamon and Chapatis served with Chana Masala a chick pea dish typically eaten in India for Breakfast Cooking class starts after breakfast. 

 

We will be making a Thali.

Thali is a very balanced meal consisting of :

Palak  Paneer: Spicy, creamy spinach with freshly made Indian cheese

Dal:  Lentils with spicey sauce

Raita: Yoghurt, mint and cucumber

Cashewnut  Curry:  Delicious cashewnut Korma

Rice: Lemon Basmati

Prawn  Curry: Plump prawns cooked with monkfish, fresh coriander, cardamon seeds, ginger, chillies and coconut milk    

Fruit Chutney:   A delicious freshly made mango and pineapple chutney to serve with the Thali     


We will also have popadoms and Indian relishes served with lunch

Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine, this is within the Ayurvedic belief!!!
