This seminar is about realizing our potential, recognize our abilities and talents and learn how to re-gain access to them via Yoga, physical exercises and meditation.

 

The key is to re-gain trust in ourselves to be able to follow our heart’s voice and intuition. Then, we will be able to change situations and environments that prevent us from advancing in our personal development.

 

When we come back to and accept our soul path to follow our true purpose on Earth, life becomes meaningful again and we receive more energy and motivation for our doings and existence.

 

Specific grounding, yoga and energy exercises, conscious breathing, guided meditation and soul pictures help to regain trust ourselves and gain access to our inside. By feeling the unity of body, mind and soul the opening to our soul path begins.
